F is for Feast (Cranberry sauce)


This is by far the easies cranberry sauce to make.  If you can't find fresh tangerines use orange juice and replace tangerine zest with orange zest.

TANGERINE CRANBERRY SAUCE

What you need

16 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
juice from 1 tangerine (about 1/3 cup)
zest from 1 tangerine


What to do
  • In a medium sauce pan, heat all ingredients over medium high heat.  Cook until cranberries will "pop" and sauce thickens (10-15 minutes).  Stir occasionally
  • Remove from heat, chill, and serve.
